The final instrument may be structured as project participation, tokenized participation, convertible rights, revenue-linked participation, or another instrument described in executed documents.

Participation is subject to KYC/AML checks, sanctions screening, jurisdictional review, investor eligibility, issuer approval, and platform onboarding requirements.

The issuer or platform may decline, reduce, delay, or cancel a subscription if eligibility, compliance, payment, documentation, or jurisdictional requirements are not satisfied.

Any transfer, resale, redemption, or secondary transaction may be restricted by law, issuer approval, platform rules, lock-up periods, investor eligibility, and the terms of the final documents.

No secondary market, liquidity window, buyback, redemption right, or exit event should be assumed unless expressly stated in definitive documents.

Investor reporting may include funding status, project milestones, development updates, commercial progress, material changes, and other information determined by the issuer or platform.

Reporting format, frequency, and content remain subject to final platform procedures and issuer obligations.
