Built for serious investors.

Receive automated distributions — rental income, interest payments, or commodity yields — directly to your wallet on a pre-defined schedule.

Portfolio diversification

Spread capital across real estate, business equity, and commodities — asset classes previously inaccessible to most private investors — from a single dashboard.

Investor FAQ

Common questions

Everything you need to know before making your first investment on Assetra.

Currently, Assetra is open to accredited investors in the United States. Accreditation is verified during KYC onboarding. We are working on expanding access to non-accredited investors through Reg A+ offerings.

Minimum investments vary by asset — typically starting at $1,000 for tokenized funds and $5,000 for direct real estate and commodity offerings. Each asset page displays its specific minimum.

Distributions are paid automatically on-chain to your connected wallet or bank account, depending on the asset. Real estate assets typically distribute quarterly; commodities are spot-linked.

Secondary liquidity depends on the specific asset's transfer restrictions. Some assets have lockup periods; others allow peer-to-peer transfers between whitelisted investors. Each deal room shows the applicable rules.

Assets are held in regulated legal wrappers (SPV, LLC, fund structures). Token ownership represents a legal economic interest in the underlying asset, not just a digital record.

Assetra charges a platform fee of 0.5–1% annually on AUM, deducted from distributions. There are no subscription or sign-up fees. Transaction costs vary by asset and network.
