1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Assetra Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates collect, use, store, and protect information when visitors and users access Assetra websites, dashboards, offering pages, onboarding flows, and related services.

Assetra provides technology infrastructure for real-world asset workflows. The platform may include investor onboarding, account security, offering review, wallet-related workflows, compliance review, and issuer or administrator tools.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, including name, email address, company details, login identifiers, and communication preferences.

We may collect onboarding and eligibility information that users choose to submit, including investor profile details, jurisdiction, accreditation or suitability-related inputs, and supporting records required for access review.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from technical signals, timestamps, pages viewed, referral URLs, security events, and cookie identifiers.

Where wallet, payment, investment, or offering workflows are available, we may collect transaction references, wallet addresses, funding instructions, subscription requests, balances displayed in the dashboard, and related operational records.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, protect accounts, process onboarding steps, support investor and issuer workflows, maintain audit records, respond to requests, and improve product reliability.

We may use information for security monitoring, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, compliance checks, sanctions screening, eligibility review, recordkeeping, and enforcement of platform terms.

We may use limited technical and usage information to understand site performance, diagnose errors, improve user experience, and measure the effectiveness of product pages and communications.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Assetra uses essential cookies and local browser storage for security, authentication, session continuity, theme preferences, onboarding drafts, cookie consent choices, and platform operation.

With user consent, Assetra may use optional cookies or similar technologies for analytics, product performance measurement, and site improvement. Optional cookies are not required to use the core platform.

Users can accept all cookies or reject optional cookies using the cookie banner. Browser settings may also allow users to delete or block cookies, but disabling essential cookies may affect login, security, or dashboard functionality.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, compliance review, customer support, and infrastructure monitoring.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, compliance obligations, sanctions screening requirements, fraud prevention, security response, or protection of Assetra, users, partners, and the public.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone data brokerage product.

6. Security

Assetra uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, enabling available security controls, and notifying Assetra of suspected unauthorized access.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain business records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, and preserve security logs.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, account status, legal obligations, product workflows, and operational requirements.

8. User choices and rights

Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding certain personal information.

Some requests may be limited where Assetra must retain information for security, compliance, anti-fraud, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or recordkeeping reasons.

Users can manage cookie choices through the cookie banner and browser settings. Users may also contact Assetra regarding privacy-related requests.

9. International use

Assetra may process information in jurisdictions where Assetra, its affiliates, infrastructure providers, or service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from the laws of a user's country of residence.

Where required, Assetra uses appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing and vendor handling of personal information.
